pMachine, der Hersteller von Expression Engine hat sein leistungsstarkes Web Publishing Werkzeug in neuer Version 1.4 mit vielen neuen Features heraus gebracht. Zusammen mit dem Versionsupgrade wird Expression Engine nun mit einem neuen Lizenzmodell in drei unterschiedlichen Paketen angeboten. Es gibt nun eine kostenlose Version, “Expression Engine Core” genannt, eine Lizenz für die ausschließlich nichtkommerzielle Nutzung für $99.95 (war vorher $149.95), und die Kommerzielle Lizenz zu nun $50 verteuerten $249.
